R B Machine has the ability and experience to manufacture parts from a wide range of base materials. Aluminum alloys comprise our most common raw material, and we excel at producing flat, true finished parts from blanks up to 50 inches in length.

In addition to aluminum, we process a wide range of metals, from ductile iron castings through stainless, chrome-moly, and tool steels. We are capable of both hard and soft metal work, with machinists experienced in Inconel and titanium, and across the spectrum to copper alloys.

R B Machine also has experience with plastics, specialty graphite, machinable ceramic, and phenolic materials. We’ve even machined walnut hardwood in the past, so it’s a safe bet that we can handle just about any non-toxic raw material.
